Joe Kayser

Coach Kayser has been coaching soccer for 18 years- with experience spanning 4 year olds to Division III soccer. His career started as the Varsity Boys’ soccer coach at Woodlawn H.S. (Maryland) before moving to Massachusetts and becoming the Head Coach of Women’s Soccer at Newbury College in Brookline. His first CFC teams came shortly after, coaching the U9 boys and U14 girls.

Coach Kayser found his greatest passion in 2021 when he became the coach of a U10 team filled with 7-9 year olds. As the youth program at CFC grew he became the coach of the U8-U11 girls teams and was named the Youth Director at CFC in 2023. 

Coach Kayser was named the Head Coach of Varsity Girls’ soccer at North Quincy High School in 2024.

Coach Kayser is a continuous learner and has several coaching certifications, including his D license through U.S Soccer.

He is actively involved in youth sports in both Braintree, where he teaches 4th grade, and Boston, where he lives with his supportive wife Brianne and two daughters Matilda and Eloise (both of whom play at CFC).
